NEW AEROPRESS CLEAR, WITH A SIMPLE RECIPE

In 2005, Alan Adler introduced the AeroPress, a revolutionary coffee-making device that has since garnered a devoted following among coffee enthusiasts. The AeroPress employs a unique brewing method that blends immersion with pressure, allowing for an exceptional extraction of flavors. This method results in a coffee that is not only rich and sweet but also boasts a full-bodied profile, while maintaining lower acidity levels and eliminating any unpleasant bitterness often present in other brewing techniques.

One of the standout features of the AeroPress is its versatility. Users can easily adapt the brewing parameters to create espresso-like shots, which are robust and concentrated, or achieve a smoother, cleaner cup of coffee that highlights the subtle nuances of different beans. This flexibility makes the AeroPress suitable for a range of palates and preferences, making it an ideal choice for both casual coffee drinkers and serious aficionados alike.

For optimal results, follow this recipe:

- **Coffee Dose:** 18g
- **Water:** 180g at 88°C
- **Grind Size:** Medium
- **Brewing Time:** 1:30 - 2 minutes

**Instructions:**
1. Invert the AeroPress and add the coffee grounds.
2. Bloom the coffee by adding 50g of water and letting it sit for 30 seconds.
3. Add the remaining 130g of water, stir gently, and secure the cap with a damp filter.
4. Flip the AeroPress over, press slowly onto your cup, and enjoy!
